What is the name of the song, something like Mr Rizzo or Izzo, music video features a yellow stuffed animal?

In the late 90’s there was a TV channel called The Box that used to air music videos that people requested. One of my favorite videos/songs was a video that featured a little plush yellow teddy-bear looking thing and the song title had something to do with Mr. Izzo or Mr. Rizzo or something like that. Anyone know the name of the song/group? Thanks!
